Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for merchandise, we will send a prepaid label to the customer and they will make direct contact with the carrier for pickup or bring the merchandise to the nearest shipping location for return.  We guarantee products up to 10 days from delivery afterwards no products will be accepted for return, exchange or refund however we do wish maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover cards, no checks COD, Money Orders, Electronic Checks, and Paypal is not accepted at this time.  Customers must have valid and complete information to process orders minors should consult with parents before placing any orders.  Although the site is customer friendly any malicious tampering of the web site such as hacking, stealing of personal information for intentions of selling or distributing illegally will result in prosecution to the full extent of the Law.  To insure the highest levels of service and standards we do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information collected on the site with outside vendors or in ways unrelated to the sole purpose for which it was intended.

Privacy is a high priority and we wish to maintain a safe fast, easy and convenient shopping experience, and any personal information we collect from customers is for the sole purpose of processing transactions, promotion of the site and responding to request.  All credit card information is kept private and confidential.  We have taken extra precautions and built in safe guards to protect customer identity and personal information in order to insure a safe and secure shopping environment. 

Shipping-Orders-Returns-Fees 

Most orders will have a 24 to 48 hour processing time due to more than one supplier, some items will ship Fedex others may ship UPS, depending upon the supplier.  We ship to all 48 states Alaska and Hawaii,Canada,Guam Puerto Rico,U.S. Virgin Islands. Solar products do not ship to Canada at this time, sales taxes are included and we provide order tracking. When you place an order online for products we collect personal information such as, name, contact and billing information, credit card and other transaction information, we use the information submitted to process payment, deliver and communicate with customers about the status of orders and feedback.  Returns may include a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of merchandise any claims for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods, we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit.  The carriers are required by law to inspect and make notation of any damages on freight bill if damage is concealed carriers must make inspections after goods are unpacked, if there are damages make your claim against the carrier. We are not responsible for lost shipments or cost of shipping back returns, if more than 10 days from delivery we cannot authorize an exchange, refund, or return under any circumstances. We will provide free shipping for all products including sale items to the U.S 48 states, rates will apply for shipping to Alaska,Hawaii,Canada,Guam,Puerto Rico,and U.S. Virgin Islands.
